Meaningful support for the common challenges of ageing
As an integrative and complementary medicine practitioner — and someone in my own later years — I bring both clinical insight and lived experience to my work with older adults. I understand first-hand how ageing affects the body and mind, and I believe deeply in a gentler, more holistic approach to health that honours the whole person.
Since I started my practice in 1980, I’ve supported many patients facing the common challenges of ageing: chronic pain, reduced mobility, medication fatigue, emotional strain, sleep disturbances, and a general sense of being overlooked by conventional care. I’ve also walked that path myself, alongside a number of my patients who have attended my practice for more than 40 years, so we have journeyed through and experienced life’s different stages together. I understand first-hand what it means to want to feel comfortable in your body, to keep your mind sharp, and to live with dignity, independence, and vitality.
In my practice, I draw on a range of gentle yet powerful therapies — including osteopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, auricular medicine, and psycho-neuroimmunology — to help restore balance and improve wellbeing. I work collaboratively with each patient, taking the time to listen to your story, understand your health journey, and tailor treatments that suit your needs and values.
I don’t believe in “managing” ageing. I believe in supporting it — intelligently, compassionately, and respectfully. If you’re looking for someone who sees you as more than a diagnosis, and who understands the realities of ageing not just professionally but personally, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
