Healing of Transgenerational Associative Patterns and Trauma

Integrative Complementary Natural Medicine: Family Constellation Work

Addressing unresolved grief, trauma or loyalties to past generations

In my work with clients, I often meet people who have done all the “right” things — therapy, self-reflection, even lifestyle changes — and still find themselves stuck in patterns they can’t explain. That’s where Family Constellation Work offers something uniquely powerful.

This approach invites us to look beyond the personal and into the family system that we come from. We all inherit more than just genetics — we can also carry unresolved grief, trauma, or loyalties to past generations without even realising it. These hidden dynamics often shape how we feel, the choices we make, and the struggles we quietly endure.

Through Family Constellation Work, I help you gently explore these deeper layers. The process brings to light the unseen forces at play — offering new understanding, a sense of relief, and often, a deep inner shift. It’s not about blaming families, but about seeing the bigger picture, finding your rightful place in it, and making space for healing across generations.

In some cases, I may also integrate auricular therapy into this work. The ear, a microsystem of the whole body, holds access points that correspond to our organs, emotions, and even stored memory. By gently stimulating specific points, we can support the nervous system in releasing deeply held patterns — including those that echo through our family line. It’s a subtle yet powerful way to help the body let go of what it’s been carrying, often without words.

Whether you’re facing persistent emotional patterns, challenges in relationships, or a sense of heaviness that doesn’t feel like yours, this work can help untangle what’s been passed down — and support you in stepping into your life with more clarity, freedom, and peace.

I’m always humbled by how much can shift when we bring compassion and attention to what has long been unspoken. This work is quiet, profound, and often life-changing — and I’m honoured to guide people through it.
